Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Our Services
Linear Advisory provides business research, market intelligence, growth strategy, and advisory services. The nature and scope of each engagement are defined in a separate agreement with the client. These terms do not override any signed engagement letter.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services, to authorise access where required, and to engage in good faith throughout the engagement.
Fees & Engagement
Fees, payment terms, and deliverables are set out in the engagement letter agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Linear Advisory remains our property until fees are paid in full. Upon payment, rights in deliverables transfer to the client to the extent set out in the engagement letter.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. We handle client information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Linear Advisory's liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter. Upon termination, fees for work performed up to the termination date become payable.
Governing Law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
